During my time at All Star Orthopedics, I got the unique chance to shadow experienced orthopedic physicians and interact directly with patients. I was tasked with discussing numerous treatment alternatives to patients, ensuring that they knew the benefits, dangers, and procedures associated in their treatment. This experience not only improved my understanding of orthopedic practices, but it also sharpened my communication abilities, as I learned how to express complex medical information in an empathic and accessible manner.
