As SVP of Artist Services at Ticketmaster International, I lead a team of experts who can provide unique and bespoke services , developing marketing programs that help to grow and deepen the fans relationship with the Artist.Starting my career at Brixton Academy I developed a ticket agency that became the foundation on which Academy Music Group launched TicketWeb UK. I was running TicketWeb when it was acquired by Ticketmaster, and integrated the two businesses, increasing ticket sales and profitability for both. In 2006, I launched Artist Services for Ticketmaster which is dedicated to growing and developing artists and helping them to achieve their goals by presenting them with a variety of different options across all Ticketmaster territories. We offer unrivalled access to global services such as Fan Club, VIP & Platinum Ticketing, Auctions, Paperless tickets and related third-party promotions e.g. the bundled selling of Music, Membership and Merchandise.
