CurrentAs Deputy Director / Chief Financial Officer for Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW), I oversee the Accounting and Commercial Services Divisions, including billing & collections, accounting & finance, meter reading & maintenance, and call center operations. GCWW is the largest water utility in the region with over 240,000 residential and commercial customer accounts covering portions of Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. GCWW generates annual revenues over $200 million and has over 550 employees.My responsibilities include:-Financial leadership: Directing financial planning, pricing & rate setting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with our organizational goals and regulatory requirements. -Team Development: Leading and mentoring a team of financial & customer service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.-Strategic Planning: Collaborating with GCWW leadership to develop and implement long-term strategies that drive operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.-Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks through comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.
