Getting out of bed in a morning is not a problem for me, “I love my job” and am proud to say it. I feel fortunate that two days rarely look the same, from supporting supply chain needs in Australia in the morning, to solving for Supplier Diversity spend in Brazil in the afternoon. Problem solving is at the heart of my role working with a great team across the globe. I am solution & service orientated, ensuring that Magnit and our clients have access to the best talent across the globe through our supplier partnerships.I am passionate about elevating the reputation of the Staffing & Recruitment Industry, the work we do deserves to be given the same recognition as other professional services.With over 20 years experience in a commercial environment and most of those years supporting Contingent Workforce Programs for high profile clients. I’ve come across many scenarios that have allowed me to learn and be positioned to take on the challenges of solving for complex supply chain needs wherever they may be needed across Staffing, EoR/Payroll, SoW and Outsourcing.I am data obsessed and believe that technology enabled solutions will continue to develop and aid the contingent workforce and procurement world for years to come. At Magnit I can be at the forefront of this with our Integrated Workforce Management Platform. Good data is great, but that should never be taking in isolation as relationships have equal value in my mind – after all is said and done, we work with and for people in our industry.Outside of work you will find me spending time with my wife and children, Saturday mornings are all about Rugby followed by coffee & cake. As a family we love to travel and if we are not away enjoying the sun and culture of a new country, we are busy researching and planning the next one. Our love for travel goes hand in hand with our enjoyment of trying different cuisines, from street food to fine dining and local beers to champagne, it all has a place in the world.As a “retired” rugby player (that’s what I have to tell my wife) I enjoy watching rugby from grass roots all the way to supporting England at my second home, Twickenham. For that matter, you can find me watching most sports including football, for my sins I am a long-suffering Bradford City supporter.
