Full P&L responsibility for Helpling Brazil. Led a team of 22 people across the following functions Marketing, Sales, PR, Customer Service, Partner Management, Operations, Finance and HR.

Led a team of 35 people across a number of functions including sales, analytics, account management and customer services. Reported into the International Vice President for Northern Europe (NER) with overall responsibility for the revenues of the Midlands region, which had annual revenues of $25m. Notable achievements by function:Sales and Marketing- Turned around, amongst others, a major UK city from 10th largest market to 3rd largest by strengthening the team through recruitment, designing and implementing strategies to combat weaknesses and motivation of existing team.- Highest performing region NER in Q4 2012. It was also the 2nd largest region of 15 in NER by the end of tenure.- Opened up 6 new markets, more than any other senior manager, currently worth $7m revenue annuallyOperations and Strategy- Worked with business intelligence team and other senior management on the redesign of UK commission structure and made a proposal on its measurement that was adopted across EMEA.- Managed a £24k budget to design incentives to improve sales performance and allign team with regional strategy. Risk- Reduced refunds by an average of 33% saving ~$1.5m annually.- Negotiated a number of settlements with partners to avoid them defaulting on contracts the largest of which prevented a £150k refund.

Worked to optimise revenues in the Midlands region by planning features in a way that maximised performance. Notable achievements:Member of team who designed and implemented an entirely new planning and management strategy, which accelerated growth by 50% compared other regions. It was so successful that it was implemented globally with overall impact on revenues likely to have been over $100m.Followed by a camera crew in order to produce a training video on best practices as part of global implementation.Trained senior international directors and consulted with them on how to improve their processes. This included managing directors from Brazil, Denmark, Mexico, Argentina, Turkey, Taiwan and Israel.

- Managed the account management team for a large portion of the UK and Ireland.- Designed an email system that automatically inputted relevant information saving approximately 50 man hours per month.
