Current Carry out the PMS and calibration of various sensors in Offshore Jack up and Onshore location. Experience in NOV Amphion control system. Worked with Top Drive TDS 11SH, Draw works ADS 10SD, Mud pump NOV Triplex. Worked with CAT engine 3512B and Baylor Generator, troubleshoot using CAT ET and periodically do Engine protection test. Worked with ABB ACS 800 Drive and monitor any fault code. Maintain Resistor Bank, choppers, Generators and Dynamic braking system. Maintain and troubleshoot PLC S7-300, S7-400, HMI and SBC Control system. Maintenance and troubleshooting of pipe handling tools such as PRS 8i and Roughneck ST-100. Troubleshoot, Calibrate and maintenance of Gas detection and Fire Detection system. Maintain Rig sense communication system, Gauges and Monitoring system for smooth operation. Maintaining Instrument Communication System (MOXA Switch, Ethernet, Fiber optic cable, Profibus, OLM, IO link communication) Check and maintain ZMS, ESD and Rig alarm system periodically. Maintain Inventory of equipment and follow the work order using SAP software. Verify all rig equipment’s was certified and met regulatory requirements. Ability to maintain a sound level of communication with all rig crew members. Ensure before any maintenance activity proper risk assessments and precautions carried out. Attend daily safety meetings and do permit to work in advance. Follow all safety procedures and finish work on time.
