As the leader of my group of companies, I have responsibility for the maintaining operational focus and delivering safety outcomes for our staff. With one eye to the changing dynamics within the security industry, rapid developments in emerging technologies, cyber security risks and a changing client base, I spend a significant proportion of my workday building resilience into our client’s operations. Since moving into business almost three decades ago, I have transformed AIG Security from an unknown within the security industry, to a lead Facilities Managements organisation with a diverse portfolio of operational capability. We maintain a strong focus on our core operations of Event and corparate Security, and we now protect some of Australia’s largest public spaces. I have also built a strong development company “Venture Capital developments ” and both the AIG and Venture Capital developments brands reflect my desire to imbed ethical behaviour into our business culture, this ensures our services are accountable against our business model and ultimately a reflection of me. Undertaking the transformation of these business did not occur overnight and they have been built on a platform of sound management principles, industry expertise, experience and sound talent acquisition, coupled with a desire to operate businesses that generate demonstrable value for our clients. I have a strong will to continue to build brand recognition and to challenge current industry paradigms in service and efficiency, through higher level data analysis of client needs and trends and to shape our businesses on data and analytical comprehension, rather than the traditional approaches to client service delivery models. Our continued growth will remain underpinned by our service delivery model and our desire to operate in our industry as a market disruptor and challenger of existing standards.
