Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK in 2004.After graduating, i got involved in the real estate industry by being part of CL Land Properties before moving on to JYMS Properties Sdn Bhd in 2008 where he was quickly promoted to become a team leader and was given the responsibility of leading a group of real estate negotiators.In 2012, i was awarded with the “Top sale of the Year” by JYMS Properties Sdn Bhd, further recognition of his outstanding sales abilities.In 2013, i furthered my career by moving to Chester Properties Sdn Bhd and was appointed as the Kepong branch director with 80 sales negotiators under his responsibility and in 2014, was listed amongst in the “Top Corporate Leader Magazine” as being amongst the top 50 real estate agents in the Klang Valley.Besides that, i was also awarded the Best Agency Award by Acmar International for successfully bringing his team to close 70% of Palm Garden Condominium in Klang.Currently as a Managing Director of Maxxan group is to developing an approved business plan, annual P&L and crafting the strategic vision of the company. This will naturally include driving top- and bottom-line financial performance, inspiring and motivating people, marshalling optimum resources (technology and people) whilst driving the evolution of the firm as it embraces and adopts all aspects. meanwhile make critical decisions relating to business direction and structure whilst continuously evaluating opportunities for growth whilst also ensuring the organisation structure continuously evolves and transforms in alignment with the business
