    I was tasked with creating a distribution network in Western Canada as National Office was a new entity in the West. (read, sales = $0). I developed the network from Victoria BC - Winnipeg MB adding 16 new business partners along the way. I wrote and executed each Sales Plan per fiscal that resulted in continuous sales growth over the course of my tenure. Of course COVID had its own sales plan but I was able to build sales back up very quickly and was 220% over my booking quota when I was dismissed. Per Kimball International, I was an employee in "good standing" when the axe fell.The Contract Furniture business is hyper competitive with little points of difference between brands. Success really came down to relationships and trust. I understood my role in the process and made sure my clients were able to count on me at every turn. This included contract furniture dealers, end users, interior designers and government.
