For one year, I have been the Lead Student, Assistant II in the Admissions and Records Department at Grossmont College working with student petitions. I manage many personal student records, conduct extensive data entry in multiple systems, including multiple Microsoft 365 programs, and I maintain confidentiality. Prior to this position, I was in the role of Student Ambassador for almost three years where I assist full-time staff to find, fix, and manage student records, basic clerical work like file, make copies, restock supplies, and keep the office clean.
