With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, delivering operational excellence, and growing the business. I have a proven track record of leading successful hospitality operations, supporting property level associates, building long-term relationships with members, owners and partners, and representing the business in the community.I am currently the General Manager of the iconic Everett Golf & Country Club helping to oversee a $12M clubhouse renovation project. I recruited and hired a new regional management team as well as the opening leadership team for the new InterContinental at Avenue Bellevue, a flagship property that opened in 2024. I also supported the day-to-day operations of nine hotels and the successes of the property level associates, while building long-term relationships with the hotel management teams and the various ownership groups. In addition, I served for nine years as a Board Member and Finance Committee Chair for Visit Seattle, the regional Destination Management Organization, where I represented the community in sales missions, media outreach, and business development for the city of Seattle.
