Overseeing a team of 15 administrators dedicated to the support of the Royal Mails pension scheme. Managing the Royal Mail Trustees and HR Departments expectations, liaising on areas such as Payroll, Claim Payments and Auto Enrolment of new employees. My role involves coaching and developing my team, constructing and planning training plans, managing team risks, dealing with complaints and breaches amongst many other control frameworks.Royal Mail is the biggest client we work with so the relationship I help to maintain is vital to the success of our business. I have excellent rapport with the scheme, working closely with them daily.

Leading, coaching and progressing a team of senior administrators during a busy period of pension scheme onboarding, hitting all key performance indicators and service level agreements.

I helped to lead many projects within the company. The most noticeable and challenging project being the Auto Enrolment Portal Tool. Project planning, stakeholder networking internally and externally and system testing were essential tools used to generate a successful result.

I was selected as one of the companies high performers to partake in the High Performance Programme. This enabled me to work closely with business stakeholders at executive level and raise my skills in project planning, presenting to large audiences and improve my ability in finance and budget planning amongst many other new skills.
