Key Responsibilities:Customer-Facing: Consult with enterprise clients, advise on Google cybersecurity solutions (Chronicle SIEM, SOAR, VirusTotal), and deliver technical presentations.Solution Implementation: Design, deploy, and configure Google cybersecurity solutions to meet customer needs.Security Content: Develop and maintain security content (rules, alerts, playbooks).Project Management: Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of cybersecurity and GCP technologies.

The Director of Technical Onboarding is a leadership role including both human resource/team management and senior level technical onboarding tasks. You will be responsible for one of the most critical service experiences at Cyderes, customer onboarding! You will be leading the technical implementation of new Cyderes customers. This includes leading a team of onboarding engineers, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, performing senior level technical tasks and ensuring and comprehensive completion of technical onboarding. Your role works in concert with onboarding project management, customer success and managed services. The onboarding experience includes alignment and delivery of the CYDERES Cyber Cloud Native Analytics Platform (CNAP), Google Chronicle, and contract managed services

- Partner with customers to provide them with the necessary recommendations, configuration scripts, and documentation to integrate their existing security solutions with the CYDERES Cyber Defense Platform.- Advise and implement customer on-boarding onto the CYDERES Cyber Defense Platform. This includes working cross-functionally to complete all necessary processes, procedures, and documentation.- Become the customer’s trusted advisor by recommending best practices for their products, recommended configurations, and overall architecture.- Anticipate customer risks/issues both inside the company and within their ecosystem, own the resolution, and debrief action steps with all parties.- Represent the customer internally with operational and engineering teams to ensure their requirements are prioritized.- Collaborate with leading (and emerging) security companies to integrate their products into the CYDERES Cyber Defense Platform. Define success criteria for each customer and collaborate with them to ensure those objectives are achieved.

· Coordinate, assign, perform and review highly complex network security and load balancing operational activities and projects.· Develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures for load balancing and network security hardware and software installation and operation.· Design and implement specialized technical software in support of load balancing and network security.· Implement and maintain network technologies in a mixed vendor environment

-Troubleshoot customer systems issues via the phone and open/track trouble tickets in ticketing system.-Facilitate customer communication, via phone and email to follow-up on open issues and to communicate status of open ticket issues.-Update open ticket status for both Engineering and other Support Technicians within the ticketing software application. -Assist SOC staff with lab systems configurations.-Maintain technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on the SOC supported products and services.
