Primary responsibilities and duties:Loan Screening - Initial multifamily asset analysis/valuationExpanding BSC's commercial lending in Dallas, TX and throughout the the United StatesDeveloping new relationships and expanding existing relationshipsCommunicating with internal departments and each borrower providing timely updates and progress reportsMaintaining high levels of customer service while managing the borrower’s expectationsMaintaining knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting and general departmental guidelines

Primary responsibilities and duties:Preparing and writing of loan proposals and packagesModeling multifamily property cash flows including analysis of property valuations and third party reportsPerforming market surveys and due diligenceReviewing corporate and individual financial statements to determine acceptability

The Hong Kong Golf Club - Practice Facility Re-DesignAssisted with the conceptual design and design development of the new driving range building for the Hong Kong Golf Club, one of the most prestigious clubs in all of Asia. Traveled to Hong Kong twice to meet and present the design to the club's staff, members, and the local architect. Produced three-dimensional animation and constructed a to-scale physical model for presentation to the club.
