My passion is to empower others in finding their success. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of fulfilling that purpose by serving in a variety of leadership roles (mentor, coach, pastor, trainer, director). I have worked with organizations that been involved with athletics, local community service, Christian ministry, and international outreach. My strength is engaging with individuals or groups on a relatable level. I enjoy working 1-on-1 but have experience with team building and training large audiences for conferences. I’ve found that with any problem there are always pathways to discovering a solution. I am an avid learner and love exploring that which is innovative and fulfills the needs around us. I believe that success is built from a team dynamic and value networking and building collaborative relationships. My Christian faith is a core component to who I am and allows me to be resilient and hopeful for the challenges we face in this world. Aside from spending time with my wife and four children, I love reading autobiographies, watching documentaries, and continue to be engaged with sports, music, and that which involves new technology. I am currently an Associate Director of Athletics at Trinity Western University where I help support and manage student-athlete development.
