• Manage safety, regulatory and environmental requirements of the Services team while driving compliance with EHS policies and practices.
• Manage Field Service Technician (FST) resource execution to ensure customer and business needs and performance metrics are met.
• Participate in development and lead the execution of the services organisation growth strategy.
• Work closely with regional sales leaders to ensure appropriate sales coverage and opportunities to achieve the services orders plan for assigned region
• Provide the regional operational leadership required to drive profitable service growth.
• Provide leadership to ensure business financial goals are met by managing Field Service utilisation, hourly cost, and other metrics.

Chinchilla QLD

• Co-ordinate and supervise Field Service activities and repairs of GE Oil & Gas Pressure Control Wellhead equipment, including ad-hoc repair works to client equipment as and when requested by GE Oil and Gas Pressure.
• Oversee the maintenance of tools, vehicle inventory and vehicle safety equipment, and ensure all company vehicles are in a clean and tidy condition in readiness for Field Service use;
• Ensure that all employees follow GE Oil and Gas Pressure Control and Client job procedures;
• Oversee the facility, inventory of stock and movements in accordance with GE Oil and Gas Pressure Control guidelines inclusive of spare parts stock in company vehicles;
• Liaise with customers and other contractors/sub-contractors regarding Field Service work;
• Prepare Field Service documentation and ensure procedures and JSAs are carried out for all jobs;
