• Develop and execute IsraAID’s Global Institutional Fundraising Strategy, together with each ofour Humanitarian Missions and Chief Development and Communications Officer • Support each Humanitarian Mission and Emergency Mission in building and implementing anin-country Fundraising Strategy • Coordinate all grant proposals and report writing for institutional, governmental, and organizational donors, from managing the process, relationship, and timeline, collecting information from the humanitarian mission teams, full proposal and report writing, to coordination and submission with relevant stakeholders.• Coordinate and manage the compliance and reporting requirements related to allinstitutional grants awarded • Manage all due diligence-related demands of institutional donors • Monitor the international development ‘Institutional Funding’ landscape, IsraAID’s, and eachof the Humanitarian Mission's positioning within it• Manage institutional donor relations - develop and maintain contacts with institutionaldonors globally, together with Country Directors and Chief Development and Communications Officer • Conduct prospect research - identify and research new institutional funding opportunities.• Support IsraAID Humanitarian Missions to map institutional stakeholders in their country andregion and contribute technical advice on donor engagement, requirements, and compliance• Develop and provide capacity-building training for IsraAID staff and partners within the areaof institutional funding, proposal development, consortium building, and other related topics• Provide quality assurance for all proposals, reports, and concept notes
