when I'd started working at Accor hotel in 2011, I had taken on the role of training new sales rep on being the top sales guns of our generations. Whilst the company invested a lot of time and money for this project, I had also been trained intensively myself on how to manage sale teams, forecasting, training as well as keeping track of all KPI's an helping struggling sales reps hit there target through objection handling implementing sales principles and more.
