• Visit customers and identify market opportunities and evaluate the ones that represent real commercial value. Create and follow up opportunities.• Follow and develop the relationships with customers as well as participate in the negotiation of special prices promotions in Bangladesh, to gain and / or maintain customers and achieve sales increase.• Prepare annual sales forecasts and track and report the progress monthly/fortnightly.• Follow up on important quotations and/or special products/projects. • Analyze the needs of the customers in reference market, proposing, collaborating and supervising the design of marketing strategies related to communication, promotions, etc. As well as verifying how these impact on sales.• observe corporate strategy and work procedures.• Attend fairs and events if required; Prepare presentations for clients; Prepare activity and market reports.• Achievement of ORs, Sales and GP Budget.• Maximize success rate of Quotations.

• Collaborate in the realization of engineering and construction offers.• Manage and develop the estimations department of the CRS division.• Guarantee that engineering and construction bids or tenders are delivered within cost, quality and time objectives.• Dimension, allocate and manage the human and material resources of the department, necessary to allow the successful completion (cost, quality and time) of the projects.• Review the monthly closures of the Construction projects, with special emphasis on risk analysis and management, prepare forecasts and analyze results against budget and previous block forecasts.• Analyze risks and opportunities, and comment on execution results.• Collaborate in making construction bids, allocating the appropriate resources, in coordination with the estimates, engineering and commercial departments.• Review and arrange human and material resources to improve business tools: presentations, references, photographic reports and videos, in coordination with the Marketing department.

• Project Management & Supervision of HVAC & Clean Room Installation Works. • Project Management & Supervision of Electrical & Mechanical Construction team to execute the job according to the drawing-design. • Preparation of shop drawings/construction drawings.• Assist quotation engineer to prepare costing for new projects.• Document Preparation and Execution of Validation Activities of HVAC, Clean Room and Black Utilities.• Cost control of the projects.
