I explain the use of the VR equipment, headsets, controllers etc., to the customers, help them to put on the equipment and provide any assistance required during the experiences.I also answer questions about the equipment and the experiences we offer to customers or potential customers. I take and manage bookings including taking payments and scheduling. I fix any issues, software or hardware, that come up while customers are in an experience or outside of that time as needed. I make sure that any equipment that has been used is charged, cleaned and ready for use before another customer is to use it.I make sure the facility is clean for customers.I sell snacks and drinks to customers.

I was an intern on the quality engineering team. I helped test changes to the UI and other changes to the internal systems. I worked closely with the team and participated in daily stand ups and other rituals associated with the Agile style of work. I also attended workshops about how to work in Agile.

I went through the induction process for new employees and spent the remaining time assisting the IT department with day to day tasks such as stock management, computer repairs, delivery of computers to end users, assisting with the setup of workstations.
