CurrentI explain the use of the VR equipment, headsets, controllers etc., to the customers, help them to put on the equipment and provide any assistance required during the experiences.I also answer questions about the equipment and the experiences we offer to customers or potential customers. I take and manage bookings including taking payments and scheduling. I fix any issues, software or hardware, that come up while customers are in an experience or outside of that time as needed. I make sure that any equipment that has been used is charged, cleaned and ready for use before another customer is to use it.I make sure the facility is clean for customers.I sell snacks and drinks to customers.
