Extensive experience of management within the Automotive industry, delivering a solution that leads the business in delivering customer satisfaction. I have worked hard to gain the trust and support of directors to provide an innovative and effective leadership system, using target driven KPI's and have delivered on an autonomous and semi-autonomous basis. I have worked in positions that require internal and external communications with industry professionals and customers through various methods such a telephone conference, email, presentations and meetings. I use a leadership-orientated strategy as I believe good management comes from dedication to a cause; creating an effective solution by rolling up my sleeves and standing at the frontline beside my peers if needed. I don’t hesitate to undertake tasks that are not expected of me, and don’t consider myself to be too important to make everyone a cup of tea. As quality manager it is my job to ensure that our production environment operates free-from-error in its supply to customers. I am responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System conforms to industry standards such as IATF 16494:2016 / ISO 9001 and caters for the requirements of prestigious manufacturers within the Automotive and Agricultural industry. This role involves the management of a small team of inspectors and control of the quality aspects of the production environment. The role gives me responsibility of taking ownership of any potential internal/external issues and it is my job to ensure that repeat error patterns cannot occur. I began this role as assistant quality manager, and took over the role when the existing manager resigned from the business.
