As Senior Director of New Ventures at the Cleveland Clinic - one of America’s Top Hospitals – Dr. Kiderman focuses on the administration, development, finance and growth of new ventures. He currently manages a growing portfolio of 63 spin-offs at CCF Innovations and leads over 10 start-ups in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, IT and medical device sectors. As a result, Dr. Kiderman has cultivated extensive business development expertise through his involvement in the organization and start-up of numerous financially successful companies. Prior to joining CCI, he was responsible for Clinic Care, an arm of the Cleveland Clinic, which provides multifunctional support for the Clinic and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining the CCF community, he was the entrepreneurial founder of a highly successful business enterprise, which has since been acquired by an international conglomerate. Dr. Kiderman has been involved in the organization and start-up of a number of companies and also served as a Business Advisor/Consultant for several Foreign Embassies in the creation of their sustainable health care infrastructure. Dr. Kiderman possesses industry-specific expertise in life sciences, venture capital investments and angel financing, joint ventures and other strategic alliances involving technology commercialization. Dr. Kiderman also holds several issued US and international patents.
