Thoroughly enjoying being the Business Manager of a lively inner city Primary School back in Yorkshire.Enjoying it even more now OFSTED have been to visit and confirmed what a great team we have all become by rating us Good in all areas!Next up is for us to take it to a new level with a renewed focus on children and learning now that the Ofsted nerves are hopefully over for a while.Old Head retired Dec 2012.Interim Head got us through Ofsted January 2013 .Been delivering loads of positive changes with a dynamic new Head since Easter 2013.Converted to an Academy on the 1st August 2014 and joined the BDAT TrustNow working with a great team there as they grow.No sleep for the wicked though as we face the new Schools Funding cuts head on and try to find creative ways to supplement our school income.

I dealt directly with the 18 elected City Councillors for a fifth of the city of Liverpool.Along with my job sharer Kate McCormick, I managed and negotiated their Area Based Grant of £500k around the Neighbourhood Agenda.The projects we funded or co-ordinated spanned various disciplines from youth diversionary activities, community arts engagement to additional high visibility policing projects.

Housing officer in several estate offices of inner city and East Liverpool dealing with all aspects of estate management, rent arrears management and estate action housing renewal work.
