Developed a connecting rod FEA Book of Knowledge. • Provided CAE design support for the current Lexus LS crankshaft (Patent Pending).• Developed CAE procedures for: Piston fatigue, connecting rod fatigue, crankshaft fatigue, block fatigue and connecting rod BE EHD.• Used CAE to provide design support for: crank caps, bedplates, fuel pump brackets, fuel pump protectors, intake manifolds, and many other parts.• Wrote VBA script to optimize 9 speed transmission designs (3 Patents).Softwares:Simlab, Hyperworks, ADAMS, AVL Excite, Simdrive, Abaqus, Nastran, Radioss, FEMFAT, and Microsoft Office.Design Experience:Piston, Connecting Rod, Crankshaft, Engine Block, Belt System , Plain Bearings and Deep Groove Ball Bearings.
