I am currently a Social Worker with the Edmonton Catholic School Division and graduated with my BSW from the University of Calgary in 2021 after completing my Social Work Diploma program at Norquest College. I have been working with the School Division since September of 2021 and spent the previous year and a half working in the CSD program of Unlimited Potential Community Services. Prior to this I worked for over a year with the NOVA program, worked two full-time summers with Amity House and worked part time for over two years as a one on one Support Worker. I have had practicum experience with the Good Samaritan CHOICE program, Stony Plain Youth Centre and a Leadership practicum under the management at UPCS. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ2S+ community, Indigenous people’s, youth and those within the Inner City. I enjoy working with diverse populations and using a Systems Theory framework and Strengths-Based approach. I also have experience supervising a practicum student with Edmonton Catholic Schools and training staff at both NOVA and UPCS.
