- Provide technical support to instructors, staff, students and Administrative personnel forproblems relating to Operating System issues, Network Connectivity, TCP/IP configuration,upgrades, MS Office products, Internet connectivity, printer and copier peripherals- Install software and drivers, perform updates/upgrades to applications, desktops, laptops,printers, copiers and other peripherals- Responsible for training new staff and instructors in SonisWeb, ParTest, ParScore and otherNursing software applications- Monitor, research and recommend end user requirements and configurations to Administration for various teaching applications, software and hardware- Responsible for several processes such as creating and maintaining user accounts fornetwork, SonisWeb, Sunrise, ATI Testing and GroupWise email accounts; provide user rights and permissions; disabling and enabling accounts; file and folder permissions; proctoring TEASExams and ATI Assessments; creating, administering and emailing results of ClassClimatesurveys and proctored ATI assessments to instructors and Administration; and ordering of supplies- Help instructors with the testing processes via ParScore and ParTest- Deliver and maintain all communications from instructors, staff and Administration tostudents in a timely manner via email and SonisWeb- Manage and ensure all student data and other relevant information is up-to-date in SonisWeband other databases- Repair and order various computer components as needed
