•Support a successful integration for all mergers and acquisitions by use of iCIMS and UKG•Analyze employee data upon receipt•Operate as key contact on discovery calls with third party/hospital departments•Prepare templates for imports the successful integration of acquired employees•Prepares and send ‘offer’ letters for acquired employees via iCIMS•Excellent relationship and customer service skills. •Works transparently with integration team•Collaborates and pivots rapidly during key integration periods•Support integration projects by monitoring/responding to HR inquiries in support inbox•Provides high quality communication both verbal and written•Actively uses and updates appropriate project management tools
