As Operations Manager for the north, my key objective is to increase profitability across 47 Hunters offices. I achieve this by conducting regular meetings with the franchisees, reviewing their current business models and methods, helping to integrate new ideas and best practices into their teams and advising on how to exploit all additional revenue streams effectively. I am also responsible for ensuring that all branches are up to date with all necessary compliance and that their office presentation is in line with brand standards.

My key role as Associate Director was to oversee and grow the volume of sales transactions, while increasing fees, market share and continually improving the customer journey.

I joined Woolley & Parks as a relatively new company at the time, I saw this as a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate my skills as a valuation manager and play a large part in driving the company into a prominent position within the estate agent industry. I was responsible for carrying out large numbers of valuations and maintained a consistent conversion rate of over 60 percent, while pushing the average fee of the company upwards and improving market share.

Having progressed from a sales negotiator to valuation manager, while successfully completing the industry recognized management pathway course, my role was to conduct all sales valuations and to train sales negotiators on how to provide the highest level of service.
