Project management professional with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. During this period, I have been involved 8 hotel - casino projects in Macau, including: Galaxy Phase 1, Sands Cotai Central, Wynn Macau, Wynn Palace, Parisian, Londoner, Treasure Island, Grand Lisboa palace, etc., and played different roles in them. Besides, I had also acted as the role of supervisory and participated in several projects of the Macau government, including: the construction of sewage pumping station, pedestrian bridges and Macau Light Rail Transit. The responsibilities of the mentioned work experience involve construction management, design management, MEP installation and acceptance, licensing strategies and statutory submissions, fire regulation, and 3rd party certification, etc.Currently, I am working for a well-known client-oriented consulting firm in Macau, and my main responsibility is to coordinate all MEP works and manpower allocations as the unit head of MEP, including: Statutory Submissions, systems design, documents review, cost estimation and control, project supervision, and project management, etc..
