Unified Communications Specialist
Current- Responsible for the day to day operations of the Anglian Water Unified Communications architecture which includes a Genband SBC, Experius SIP server, Genesys Contact Centre, Streamwide Voicemail, Verint Call Recording.
- Integration of SIP trunks from SBC to Cap Geminis Lync platform
- Implementation of VoIP gateways to reduce customer spend by 20%
- Upgrade of SBC and Experius to latest release
- UAT during integration and after upgrades/patching
- Building lab to test new hardware and software drops
