STS Engineering Solutions (Formerly MOS Engineering, LLC.) is a company formed by a partnership between a long-time OEM & Major Airline DER and a group of staffing entrepreneurs from the aviation industry. By putting their heads together, they identified one common problem experienced by those involved with the maintenance of commercial aircrafts. The common problem was that very few companies had access to large ranges of engineering expertise, and in most cases, relied on the OEM for DER services.
