 Provides daily leadership, coaching and feedback to direct reports including: Branch Managers , CVS Managers, Analysts, and other staff members within assigned sub-region.  Leads and supervises multiple secure transportation branches and CVS sites to ensure the accurate, timely and efficient delivery and processing of cash, coin, check, mixed deposit, ATM, coin and change order processing. This individual will be responsible for a number of exempt management and analytical staff who have oversight of potentially hundreds of employees providing cash services at GardaWorld. Attains sub-region’s assigned financial results including revenue retention and growth, expense control and operating profit. Also ensure support and feedback is provided to all LOB’s for attainment of entire company’s financial goals.  Ensures branch and site level compliance with and training on all company policies including state and federal regulations. Ensures compliance with and training on customer specific logistical and processing requirements and meets all customer audit expectations. Provides input to Regional VP and SVP on decisions including: salary planning, site and facilities management, hardware performance and replacement, individual and site performance management, hiring and terminations.  Oversight of scheduling activities to ensure adequate management control while ensuring each unit’s ongoing delivery of services, customer metric reporting, financial achievement, security and risk guidelines, and human resource policies and practices. Monitors daily, weekly and monthly quality and productivity standards and holds management team members accountable for meeting or exceeding goals and recognizes success. This includes proactive remediation processes identifying any deficiencies, appropriate corrective actions, and implementation of those corrective actions.

As a Senior Manager I am responsible for all Transportation and Cash Vault Services within the New York City Market.

As a Branch Owner I am responsible for the operation and growth of our armored transportation and cash processing facilities. By utilizing strong logistics and operations leadership experience I build teamwork and increase employee morale while overseeing the daily branch operations. Profit and loss (P&L) management is utilized with the preparation and monitoring of the branch budget and revenue stream. Training is a vital aspect of the position to ensure company policies and procedures are followed and the well-being and safety of the branch personnel are emphasized on a daily basis. I currently run the largest revenue based operation in the country. My responsibilities include:Leading a team which includes an assistant branch manager, supervisors, support staff, Driver/Messengers, I am responsible for the recruitment, training and development of this staff. I am also responsible for daily work/vehicle assignments for armored crews and vault personnel. We actively coaches and counsel employees daily. It is a necessity to lead by a positive example every day. My team ensures that employees meet DOT guidelines and state/county guard and weapons requirements. While leading this branch I support the safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities through training, monitoring, and enforcement of policies and procedures. My goals are to develop and maintain superior customer service among all operations while training a dedicated staff to respond to our customers immediately and effectively. As a group we focus on process improvement which includes short and long-range operational planning to meet current branch goals and motivate branch growth. As a whole I strive to promote employee development which in turn will prepare employees for promotional opportunities.
