I am 4th Generation Native Floridian, and I was born and raised in Citrus County. I learned to navigate the waterways when I was 6 years old in my john boat. I grew up in a Real Estate family who firmly planted our roots in the area as my grandfather opened a brokerage over 60 years ago in Crystal River. I spent a decade in the family business and it gives me a distinct advantage when working with clients as I understand every aspect of the process. I am an avid outdoors-man that knows every inch of the waterways, and a scratch golfer that knows every course. This knowledge is priceless, and my borrowers take full advantage of it! I transitioned into community banking in 2012, started as a Teller and worked my way into the Loan Department. In 2015, I was ready to take the plunge into Mortgage Banking, and have never looked back. Understanding the level of communication needed between the buyer/seller/title company/local knowledge has been the key to my success. Citrus County is my home and I have no intention of leaving it! I met my beautiful wife Anna at Presbyterian College our freshman year (2000), and have been side by side ever since. She is a teacher at Rock Crusher Elementary School, specializing in Special Education since 2005. We are blessed to have 2 sons, Charlie and Ben, currently 11 and 8.
