Manage workflows by assigning tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and works are completed.Effectively liaise with customers, vendors, and contractors for smooth day-to-day operation and new projects completion.Ensure store operation through troubleshooting equipment/system issues and calling for repairs/maintenance.Regularly liaise with council to obtain relevant permits for new projects.Design menu and other digital/printing materials for marketing use. Manage social media content to keep customers updated.Research and select appropriate vendors for essential business activities, domestic and overseas. File documents for company’s records and future use.Recruit new staffs for existing and coming stores.
