Throwing/Pitching-Developed and implemented a winter throwing program aimed at facilitating a seamless transition into the spring and summer seasons. On average players increased their velocity by 1-2 MPH, our first test was in November and last test in February. Players began live at bats in February and their season begins early March, this program sets up our players and coaches for a successful and healthy spring/summer season.Pitching Instructor for Elevate players and Elevate members. Work in a 1 on 1, 2 on 1, and/or small group setting. Infield/Defensive-Structured and implemented a summer & winter infield camp. Focused on creating routines and building fundamentals that translate to the game environment.Infield Instructor for Elevate players and Elevate members. Work in a 1 on 1, 2 on 1, and/or small group setting. Hitting/Offensive-Responsible for the off-season offensive training with 6 of our youth teams. Prepped and executed practice plans tailored for developing game like skills with 13-14 year olds. Communicated with the team coaches, covering, practice plans, areas to develop, thoughts on game adjustments/decisions, and overall vision of winter training. Individualized the training for specific teams and specific players. Took video, charted KPI's, and analyzed data to better prepare each team/player the following week.
