A committed and conscientious Senior Relationship Manager for Lombard. I am a hardworking team player with experience in providing exceptional customer service within the hospitality industry working alongside and managing teams within this sector. More recent experience working in the construction industry has allowed me to build up skills in working to tight deadlines whilst producing high quality work. Alongside working collaboratively, I also enjoy taking the initiative to innovate and improve the quality of work always aiming to achieve the highest possible standards and bringing the best out of the teams I work in. Prior to graduating I worked at the Institute for Baltic Sea Research in Germany. This provided me with the opportunity to work alongside highly qualified scientists within their field of study, during which time I deepened my understanding of data analysis and detailed report writing, collaborating within the diverse range of people in the international team based there.
