After numerous years in both the legacy and legal industry, I've learned processes that work and arguably even more that don't. I curate solutions tailored to the specific project to ensure maximum return on investment and scalability potential.

Involved in day to day cultivation operations of medical cannabis from the clone to harvest processes. My focus was in IPM (integrated pest management) and was in charge of keeping the crop healthy and viable for top yields.

As operations manager I oversaw daily operations of our work force, client relations, tracking efficiency, and obtaining new clients.
