CurrentCreation and management of ACI's Debris box and Recycling operations including Purchase of Trucks, and equipment. To enhance company abilities in sustainable building practices such as LEED etc. Dispatch Laborers and Carpenters to all jobsites through appropriate Union Locals. Locate vendors and Purchase materials and consumables for company and Jobsite use. Purchase, maintain, repair dispatch and track All equipment,tools and vehicles required on all jobsites Sell surplus equipment and materials including use of 1031 Exchange to defer taxes on sale funds used for purchase of new equipment. Conduct investigations for Construction defects and Water intrusion Including performing window testing to AAMA 501.2 and 503 standards. Equipment Safety trainer for Forklift, Personnel lifts Scissor lifts Skidsteer loaders and Powder actuated tools. Maintain all Company Vehicles and equipment in Compliance with Safety and Environmental regulations from Agencies like Bay Area Air Quality Management, Dept. Of Transportation, CalOSHA and EPA. Supervision of Company Safety manager and IIPP Qualified Stormwater Practitioner responsible for maintaining company wide compliance with California's Construction General Permit requirments. Maintenance and improvements to the company home office facilities.
