I supported the MD in managing the Shopper Marketing division, whilst acting as a main point of contact for all operational matters - systems & processes, finance, HR and office. I also trafficked managed all creative briefs, making sure projects are delivered within timelines and budgets.

The ‘go to’ person for anything relating to running the office, as well as supporting the co-owners in business growth and development. My primary function within the business was to ensure that the company was working effectively by providing a versatile range of office, finance and HR management services. This also included studio resources and traffic management.
