CurrentResponsible for all project phases, this is hands on role within the Solutions Delivery and Customer Experience team. Working in an Agile environment, my role combines Solution Design, Project Management and Technical Implementation to ensure a seamless “go live”. I act as a contact with clients and as a point of escalation for other team members and areas of the business.• Managing the development and integration of Cegedim EDI solutions between customer ERP and Back-office systems (Business Central, NetSuite, SAP etc).• Capturing and translating solution requirements to:o Investigate, design, configure, test and deploy, XML, EDIFACT, Tradacom, X12, Peppol, CSV and Flat file maps. o Setup the NeTIX EDI platform to deliver customer requirements, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. • Working with third party traders via VAN, AS2, Peppol and SFTP to match and meet requirements set by business-to-business relationships and MIGs. • Managing internal processes and communication across a mix of technical and non-technical teams to ensure internal efficiency, resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.• Ensuring that realistic project milestones are defined and achieved while keeping project documentation up to date (Kanban boards, Project Plans, RAG reviews and change logs).• Conducting regular customer meetings to review implementation progress, sign off, customer adoption and lessons learned.
