SIS is also a value added partner driving digital transformation through the implementation of Siemens' world class product lifecycle management software solutions.

Responsible for the growth, delivery, and customer satisfaction for all Siemens Government Technologies' programs. Profit and loss responsibility for nearly $500M in U.S. Federal facing business in support of Siemens' core markets - Industry, Infrastructure & Cities, Energy.

Led the company during transitions of the CEO, CFO and CIO roles. Stable and consistent leadership contributed to the largest 4th quarter in company history and paved the way for Siemens achievement of nearly $1.4B in orders - growing 2 times the market in Federal. As demonstrated in employee surveys drove higher employee engagement for the period of Apr-Oct. experiencing zero voluntary turnover.
