I am currently tasked with maintaining the cleanliness levels of the public toilets within the town centre in Ashford, my job mainly consists of restocking toilet rolls, mopping the floors and wiping the surfaces down.

For Facts I have held the position of “Team Leader” which had me making sure others were seated during their shift and kept casual conversations to a minimum to ensure as much work was conducted during a typical shift. I had to forgo this position once I began to attend University as I wasn’t a permanent staff member while I was away, upon return to my home and back to work I was often expected to fulfill the “Team Leader” duties even though I was never formally given the title again. I did whatever is needed of me when asked by the supervisors. I participated in the general market research that was conducted over the phones, I also conducted some of the training or briefings of other researchers on newer jobs, I was also one of the data punchers, entering various surveys and books onto the systems, I am also part of the small team of researchers who have been dedicated to do the quality control for the face-to-face interviewers, I also had some responsibility when shutting the system down at the end of the evening, and locking up the building when needed.
