• Promotes community building through programs and support for 23 residents on my floor and 263 residents in Few and Evans Hall• Develops three programs focused on the Living Green living-learning theme, four programs focused on core beliefs at Emory such as community service and academic success, and two elective programs each semester• Interprets and enforces campus policies in the residence hall including being on call three to four times a month• Responds to crisis situations and provides peer counseling• Works to open, close, and maintain the residence hall
