With limited knowledge of the mechanical heating industry I was offered the position of 'account manager' when I first joined Stonegrove.From there I progressed to be promoted to the companies contracts manager after helping grow the business and client base by completing projects on time and within budget.Since joining Stonegrove I have assisted with the key operations of the companies biggest installation contracts, heading project meetings both externally and internally. I have lead some of the smaller, but high end projects where liaising with site, sub contractors and Stonegrove staff has been crucial.I have now been set the task of continuing to grow the company alongside my management role. Consisting of completing and submitting new tenders and developing a strong supplier and sub contractor base.

Working across various types of sites. From private domestic houses to commercial fit outs. Eventually heading small teams to complete various building works to specific time frames. Gaining a wide range of knowledge across various trades has helped me to understand big installation jobs from the fitters point of view.
