As Head of the Serviced and Co-Living portfolio at Dorrington, overseeing a diverse range of residential assets including market-let, aparthotel, and co-living properties, I hold overall responsibility for investment strategy and asset management. Additionally, I lead planning and development projects across the business.Dorrington is one of the largest privately-owned property investment and development companies, with residential and commercial assets across London and the South.I am a member of the British Property Federation’s Co-Living Committee and the Build-to-Rent London Engagement Group, and I also serve as a mentor for the Reading University Real Estate Foundation.Beyond my primary role, I am actively involved with another group business, Fresh Capital, which focuses on PropTech venture capital opportunities.
