Hybrid Business Analyst/ Project Manager responsible for managing multiple different concurrent projects, all at varying project phases. Responsibilities:-• Analysis and delivery of I.T business and BI solutions to the Insurance Broking group• Capturing business vision and transforming into documented requirements for design and build• Identifying business weaknesses and opportunities which can be addressed through technology solutions• Full cycle Project Management against business deliverables including stakeholder and communication management at all levels• Project Management of different I.T projects such as; Quote & Buy, 3rd Party system migrations, system rationalisation/decommission and acquisition centralisations• Responsible for project budgets from inception to acceptance into operations• Portfolio management of broking branches including understanding of; organisation, strategy and requirements• Supplier/partners and developer management • Management of application regression and release testing of IT change• Direct and coach insurance brokers on IT change and IT best usage
