Field Services Engineer
Current• Working as part of the Managed Print Services team based in the UK. Installing and maintaining Multifunction and Deskside Printers and Photocopiers throughout the North of the UK, including European travel to support further afield. • Supporting the users desk side with PC and Printer issues travelling from site to site with the northern region. • Fault finding and troubleshooting on a range of issues and errors, communicating both on site and over phone/email. • Proficient experience in using HP, Kyocera & Xerox devices (MFP’s and Desk Printers). • HP certified in a range of different HP devices and Firmware certified (Future Smart firmware). • Working closely with customers on site, maintaining strong relationships and understanding customer needs and abilities. Providing training to the customers on the use of all devices on site as well as regular maintenance and servicing of the devices.
