Currently practising as a Physician Associate within the acute stroke team within NHS Highland. My role encompasses three main aspects of stroke care:1. Ensuring continuity of specialist stroke care on the ward.2. Conducting acute stroke reviews.3. Assessing TIA patients in clinic.This is all done safely under the supervision of stroke consultants. I am enthusiastic about acute medicine and wish to further my career in this area. I also have a keen interest in emergency medicine and would like to branch out into this in the near future.
