- All administration support , data input and filing - Manage recruitment email inbox and forwarding emails - Answering calls from prospective candidates, screening phone calls on behalf of the recruitment consultants, taking messages - CV screening and sending rejection emails - Obtain references for candidates - Submitting timesheets - Candidates submissions - Drafting contracts of employment for temporary staff - Registering candidates, and requesting compliance documents - Advertising jobs - Managing time effectively, prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines and consistently achieve set targets - Resourcing at times

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas- Actively seek out customers in store - Remain knowledgeable on products offered and attend the product training sessions- Handle returns of merchandise- Build good communication with co-workers to ensure proper customer service- Build productive trust relationships with customers

-Deal with customers request related to reception -manage seating plans on the reservation software -check-in and check-out -take reservations for the different aqua areas (Aqua Kyoto,Aqua Nueva,Aqua spirit) -reply emails and phone calls -confirm the reservations with customers few hours beforehand in case of cancellation -manage cloakroom and signal in case of losing items -deal with private events and guest list -setting up and tidying up at the opening and closing
