Retail banking has taught me the true value of building relationships, whether with teammates or with clients. Relationship building is not complicated, but it can be complex. Through all of its evolutions, banking remains a people business!I am very much a "do what needs to be done" kind of person, which has afforded me the opportunity to be well-rounded in sales, service, and operations. I've had the unique opportunity to manage branch teams in several different markets throughout the country, which has made me into an adaptive leader and communicator. I am passionate and tenacious in chasing goals, both personally and professionally and I have high standards for myself and for the teams I lead. I am always looking to learn something new. As such, I don't fear failure. I just try to fail forward.
